The 2025 sale study data shows residential-improved sales activity in the City of Novi for reference purposes.
For the 2025 tax year, as directed by the State Tax Commission, Novi will use a 24-month sale study to set 2025 assessed values for residential real property. That period is from April 1, 2022 to March 31, 2024. The 24-month sales study benefits the taxpayer because it considers older sales in an increasing market.
