The 2026 sale study data shows property sales activity in the City of Novi for reference purposes.
For the 2026 tax year, as directed by the State Tax Commission, Novi will use a 24-month sale study to set 2026 assessed values for residential real property. That period is from April 1, 2023 to March 31, 2025. The 24-month sales study benefits the taxpayer because it considers older sales in an increasing market.
