The City of Novi is looking for dependable, friendly individuals to help run Election Day. It’s a great way to serve your community, meet new people, and earn extra income (starting at $16/hour).
Election Day Positions:
Poll Worker
Assigned to one of Novi’s 24 precincts from 6:00 a.m. to approximately 10:00 p.m.
Absentee Voter Count Board (AVCB)
Works at City Hall processing and tabulating absentee ballots from 7:00 a.m. until completion (typically 10:00 p.m. or later).

Eligibility:
If you or an immediate family member is a candidate on the ballot, you are not eligible to serve. Precinct delegate candidates may work in a different precinct than where they reside.
High School Students (16+):
Students in good academic standing are encouraged to apply. Shifts are:
6:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
1:00 p.m. – approximately 9:00 p.m.
This is a great way to gain experience and stand out on college applications. Pay is $16/hour.
