The City of Novi operates under a centralized purchasing system. The Accountant responsible for purchasing obtains all products and services required for daily operation of the city, formally receiving sealed bids, and monitoring contractual services and budgets.

Accounts Payable
Vendor payments are processed bi-weekly. Invoices are typically processed within 30 days of their receipt. Questions about the status of a payment may be directed to the Finance Department at 248-347-0465.
