AUDIENCE COMMENT - In order to hear all citizen comments at a reasonable hour, the City Council requests that speakers respect the three-minute time limit. This is not a question-answer session. However, it is an opportunity to voice your thoughts with City Council. Speakers wishing to display visual materials through the City’s audiovisual system must provide the materials to the City Clerk’s Office no later than 12:00 P.M. the day of the meeting. The materials cannot be changed before the meeting.
 
CONSENT AGENDA REMOVALS AND APPROVALS – All items listed under Consent Agenda are considered routine by the City Council and will be enacted by one motion.  There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a Council Member so requests, in which event the item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and considered at the end of the normal Agenda.

MATTERS FOR COUNCIL ACTION
1. Approval to purchase radio equipment and accessories for the Novi Police and Fire Departments through Motorola for $128,929.75, the approved vendor for  Oakland County,  for the P25 Radio Replacement Project.

2. Consideration to approve construction costs based on the approved Intergovernmental Cost Sharing Agreement between the Great Lakes Water Authority (GLWA) and the City of Novi for additional road restoration and water main work along 11 Mile Road, Meadowbrook Road, and 13 Mile Road to be included in the GLWA 14 Mile Transmission Main Construction Contract in the amount of $1,955,630.

3. Consideration of approval to award engineering services to OHM Advisors for the preparation of a Sanitary Sewer Master Plan, in the amount of $123,800, and amend the budget.

D. Approval of a contract with Thomas Trucking Services for the demolition and removal of the structures located at 43755 and 43707 Grand River for a total cost not to exceed $55,000.00 and amend the budget accordingly subject to final approval of the City Manager and City Attorney.
