The Planning Commission wishes to advise the general public that all remarks shall be limited to three minutes per person during both the Public Hearing and Audience Participation portions of the meeting. Petitioners’ presentations shall be limited to ten minutes.

No person, other than a Commission member, shall address an issue for public hearing following the closing of that public hearing by the Chairperson (except during Audience Participation).

1. NOVI DOG PARK JSP14-02
(
Consideration of the request of the City of Novi for approval of the Preliminary Site Plan and Stormwater Management Plan. The subject property is located in Section 26, on Nick Lidstrom Drive behind the Novi Ice Arena, located east of Novi Road, south of Ten Mile Road, in the I-1, Light Industrial District. The applicant is proposing to construct a dog park on roughly three acres that will be enclosed with a four foot chain link fence, and contain two separate area for dogs to play. A sidewalk connecting the park to the ice arena, a fountain, and benches are proposed to be installed along with 10 parking spaces.
