AUDIENCE COMMENT – In order to hear all citizen comments at a reasonable hour, the City Council requests that speakers respect the three-minute time limit. This is not a question-answer session. However, it is an opportunity to voice your thoughts with City Council. Speakers wishing to display visual materials through the City’s audiovisual system must provide the materials to the City Clerk’s Office no later than 12:00 P.M. the day of the meeting. The materials cannot be changed before the meeting.

CONSENT AGENDA REMOVALS AND APPROVALS – All items listed under Consent Agenda are considered routine by the City Council and will be enacted by one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a Council Member so requests, in which event the item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and considered at the end of the normal Agenda.

MATTERS FOR COUNCIL ACTION
1. Consideration of approval to award the construction contract to CSM Mechanical, the low bidder, for the Garfield Sanitary Sewer Pump Station project, in the amount of $341,600, and amend the budget.

2. Consideration of approval to award the construction contract to DiPonio Contracting, LLC, the low bidder, for the water main, road restoration, and sanitary sewer lining within the Howell’s Walled Lake subdivision in the amount of $2,071,892.02.

3. Consideration of approval of a cost participation agreement with the Road Commission for Oakland County (RCOC) for the construction associated with the rehabilitation and widening of 10 Mile Road from Meadowbrook Road to Haggerty Road, with the estimated City-share in the amount of $1,331,676 and a reimbursable advance of fiscal year 2024 federal funds to the RCOC, in the amount of $1,323,044.

4. Consideration of Approval of Change Order No. 2 to Asphalt Specialists, Inc. for the 2022 Neighborhood Road Program – Asphalt Streets in the amount of $177,256.77.

5. Consideration of a unit price contract for as-needed catch basin, storm water pipe, and concrete slab stabilization services to Havener Tech, LLC, using the Farmington Hills contract (extended to MITN members), for a two-year term at an annual estimated amount of $200,000.
