AUDIENCE COMMENT – In order to hear all citizen comments at a reasonable hour, the City Council requests that speakers respect the three-minute time limit. This is not a question-answer session. However, it is an opportunity to voice your thoughts with City Council. Speakers wishing to display visual materials through the City’s audiovisual system must provide the materials to the City Clerk’s Office no later than 12:00 P.M. the day of the meeting. The materials cannot be changed before the meeting.
 
CONSENT AGENDA REMOVALS AND APPROVALS – All items listed under Consent Agenda are considered routine by the City Council and will be enacted by one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a Council Member so requests, in which event the item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and considered at the end of the normal Agenda.
 
MATTERS FOR COUNCIL ACTION
1. Approval of resolution to authorize Budget Amendment #2022-4

2. Approval to award the equipment purchase for Jessica’s Splashpad located at Bosco Fields to Vortex Aquatic Structures International and amend the budget. The proposed acquisition will occur in stages, with the initial amount of $62,673.00 serving as a deposit through a cooperative purchasing contract.

3. Consideration of approval to award the construction contract for 2022 and 2023 Asphalt Neighborhood Roads Program to Asphalt Specialists, Inc., LLC, the low-bidder, in the amount of $2,329,191.00.

4. Consideration of approval to award the construction contract for 2022 and 2023 Concrete Neighborhood Roads Program to Mattioli Cement Company LLC, the low-bidder, in the amount of $2,309,088.50.

5. Consideration of approval to award an hourly rate contract to Limb Walkers Tree & Snow, and CutMyTreeDown, the lowest bidders, for forestry services, in the estimated annual amount of $354,912.50. The contract term is for one year with three one-year renewal options.

6. Consideration of approval of Change Order No. 3 to Merlo Construction Company’s 2020 Pathways and ADA Program contract for the Meadowbrook Glens Sidewalk Repair Program project, in the amount of $343,778.50.
