    1. Zoning Map Amendment Request for JZ26-0030 Providence Meadows

      Review and provide comments on the applicant’s request to rezone 31.53 acres south of Grand River and west of Providence Parkway from I-1 (Light Industrial) to I-1 with a Planned Suburban Low Rise (PSLR) Overlay.

      The zoning map amendment would retain I-1 zoning while allowing development under the PSLR Overlay uses and standards for a proposed 157-unit residential community consisting of townhomes and stacked ranch units.  

      The applicant previously submitted a proposed Planned Rezoning Overlay (PRO) concept plan with an underlying RM-2 High Density Mid-Rise Multiple Family District for this site (JZ25-24 Providence Meadows PRO).
