Speakers wishing to display visual materials through the City’s audiovisual system must provide the materials to the City Clerk’s Office no later than 5 p.m. five days before the meeting and the materials cannot be changed before the meeting.
 
CONSENT AGENDA REMOVALS AND APPROVALS (See items A-F) All items listed under Consent Agenda are considered routine by the City Council and will be enacted by one motion.  There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a Council Member so requests, in which event the item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and considered at the end of the normal Agenda. 
 
MATTERS FOR COUNCIL ACTION

1. Approval to award a construction contract for the Eight Mile Road Pathway (between Beck and Garfield) to Merlo Construction, the low bidder, in the amount of $460,669, subject to final review and approval of form of agreement by City Manager’s office and the City Attorney.
