AUDIENCE COMMENT – In order to hear all citizen comments at a reasonable hour, the City Council requests that speakers respect the three-minute time limit. This is not a question-answer session. However, it is an opportunity to voice your thoughts with City Council. Speakers wishing to display visual materials through the City’s audiovisual system must provide the materials to the City Clerk’s Office no later than 5 p.m. five days before the meeting and the materials cannot be changed before the meeting.
CONSENT AGENDA REMOVALS AND APPROVALS (See items A-N) All items listed under Consent Agenda are considered routine by the City Council and will be enacted by one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a Council Member so requests, in which event the item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and considered at the end of the normal Agenda.
MATTERS FOR COUNCIL ACTION
1. Consideration of Zoning Ordinance Text Amendment 18.272 to amend the City of Novi Zoning Ordinance at Article 4, Use Standards, Section 4.29, Fueling Stations and Minor Automobile Service Establishments in order to permit fueling stations with accessory minor automobile services that pre-date the ordinance to terminate fueling operations and continue minor automobile repair services. 2. Approval to award a construction contract for the West Road Rehabilitation project to Asphalt Specialists, Inc., the low bidder, in the amount of $153,511, subject to final review and approval of form of agreement by City Manager’s office and the City Attorney.

3. Approval of Resolution authorizing participation in the Road Commission for Oakland County’s 2015 Tri-Party Program for Road Improvements dedicating Novi’s 2015 allotment of $161,038 to the Eastbound Grand River at Beck Dual Left Turn Lane Project.
