CONSENT AGENDA REMOVALS AND APPROVALS – All items listed under Consent Agenda are considered routine by the City Council and will be enacted by one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a Council Member so requests, in which event the item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and considered at the end of the normal Agenda.

1. Approval of resolution to authorize Budget Amendment #2023-1.

Approval to purchase one (1) 2024 International Single-axle RDS Truck from Tri-County International through the State of Michigan MiDeal cooperative purchasing contract in the amount of $95,675.42; and upfits to be completed by Truck and Trailer Specialties through the City of Rochester Hills RFP contract in the amount of $195,535.00.

3. Consideration of approval to award a unit price contract to Ellsworth Industries, Inc., the low bidder, for as-needed aggregate materials, in the estimated annual amount of $ 255,755. The contract term is for one year with two one-year renewal options.

Consideration of approval to purchase six (6) 2023 Ford Police Explorer Hybrids, one (1) 2023 unmarked police vehicle, seven (7) 2023 Ford F-350s, two (2) 2023 Ford Escapes, one (1) 2023 Ford Escape Hybrid, one (1) 2023 Chevrolet Colorado, and one (1) 2023 Dodge Grand Caravan or equivalent and upfits, through any Cooperative Purchasing Contract; in the estimated amount of $ 908,390.

H. Approval of request by E & M, Inc. (Society Hill) for one-year extension, to October 9, 2023, of site plan approval for a 312-unit apartment project developed as a PD-1 Option in a multi-family (RM-1) district, located at the southwest corner of Novi Road and 12 ½ Mile Road, previously extended under a consent judgment and subject to annual extension reviews.

I. Acceptance of (1) the Reciprocal Easement Agreement, Warranty Deed, Bill of Sale, Sidewalk Easement and Storm Water Access Easement at the request of Ivanhoe Meadowbrook LLC for JSP 15-08 Beacon Hill and (2) First Amendment to the PRO Agreement, JSP19-27. The subject property is zoned RM-1 and B-3 with a Planned Rezoning Overlay (PRO), which conditions development to the terms of a PRO Plan and Agreement. The site is approximately 21.13 acres in size and is located in the northeast corner of 12 Mile and Meadowbrook Rd (Section 12).
