AUDIENCE COMMENT – In order to hear all citizen comments at a reasonable hour, the City Council requests that speakers respect the three-minute time limit. This is not a question-answer session. CONSENT AGENDA REMOVALS AND APPROVALS (See items A-S) All items listed under Consent Agenda are considered routine by the City Council and will be enacted by one motion.  There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a Council Member so requests, in which event the item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and considered at the end of the normal Agenda.  

MATTERS FOR COUNCIL ACTION

1.   Approval to award engineering and construction services to Ferguson Waterworks for the implementation of a Fixed Network System to be used for reading and collecting information from the water meters throughout the City’s water distribution system, in the amount of $302,454.

2.  Approval to award a construction contract for the 2017 Chip Seal project to Highway Maintenance, the low-bidder, in the amount of $219,969.85 subject to final review and approval of the form and agreement by the City Manager’s office and the City Attorney.

3.  Approval to award contract to WatchGuard for the Novi Police Department in-car Camera System in the amount of $215,462 through the Oakland County Contract.

4.  Approval to award an amendment to the engineering services agreement with AECOM (URS Corporation - Great Lakes) for design engineering services associated with the ITC Trail Phase 2 project in the amount of $172,427.58.

      A)  Consideration of a request for Special Land Use approval for service of alcoholic beverages.

      B)  Consideration of a request to transfer ownership of a Class C Liquor License with Sunday Sales Permit (AM & PM), from Blue Ribbon Restaurants Rochester, LLC to One World Market, Inc. to be located at 42705 Grand River Avenue, Suite 103 Novi, MI 48375.
