CONSENT AGENDA REMOVALS AND APPROVALS (See items A-P) All items listed under Consent Agenda are considered routine by the City Council and will be enacted by one motion.  There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a Council Member so requests, in which event the item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and considered at the end of the normal Agenda. 

MATTERS FOR COUNCIL ACTION

 1.         Consideration of the request of Beck South, LLC for JSP13-75 with Zoning Map Amendment 18.706 to rezone property in Section 29, on the southwest corner of Beck Road and Ten Mile Road from R-1, One-Family Residential to R-3, One-Family Residential with a Planned Rezoning Overlay.  The property totals 41.31 acres and the applicant is proposing a 66 unit single-family residential development.

2.         Consideration of Ordinance 15-104.10 to amend the City of Novi Code of Ordinances Chapter 21, “Nuisances” Article II, “Related to Property” Division 1 “Lot Clearing” in order to amend the title and the definition of plant materials affected. FIRST READING

3.         Approval to award a service contract for Sanitary Sewer Televising and Cleaning Services (for Sections 35 and 36) and as-needed additional services City-wide to Metro Environmental Services, Inc., the low bidder, in the estimated amount of $195,100.56, subject to final review and approval of form of agreement by the City Manager’s office and the City Attorney.
