Description:
The Maintenance Department with the Road Commission for Oakland County will be replacing the failing cross culvert under 10 Mile Road, about 1,000 feet west of Novi Road (see attached location map). The culvert will be cut out and replaced. The asphalt will be replaced.
Traffic Control/Detours:
The work zone will be handled as a flagged operation, trying to keep at least one lane of traffic moving, alternating directions. It is highly recommended to avoid this area while under construction; there will be significant delays.
