AUDIENCE COMMENT – In order to hear all citizen comments at a reasonable hour, the City Council requests that speakers respect the three-minute time limit. This is not a question-answer session. However, it is an opportunity to voice your thoughts with City Council. Speakers wishing to display visual materials through the City’s audiovisual system must provide the materials to the City Clerk’s Office no later than 12:00 P.M. the day of the meeting. The materials cannot be changed before the meeting.
CONSENT AGENDA REMOVALS AND APPROVALS – All items listed under Consent Agenda are considered routine by the City Council and will be enacted by one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a Council Member so requests, in which event the item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and considered at the end of the normal Agenda.

2. Consideration of approval to award the construction contract to DeAngelis Diamond Construction, the low bidder, for the construction of Jessica’s Splash Pad, in the amount of $1,931,416.28, and amend the budget.

3. Consideration of approval to award a unit price pavement marking services contract to P.K. Contracting LLC., the sole bidder, in the estimated annual amount of $325,750. The contract term is one year with three one-year renewal options.

Approval of the Beautification Commission's recommendation on the Neighborhood Entryway Enhancement Matching Grant Program to award the requested grant amount for the following neighborhoods upon successful completion of the entryway work depicted in the applications: Ashbury Park ($5,000), Camden Court ($4,306.50) with the condition that the proposed invasive burning bush is changed for a non-invasive shrub, and Knightsbridge Gate ($4,700).
