The Planning Commission wishes to advise the general public that all remarks shall be limited to three minutes per person during both the Public Hearing and Audience Participation portions of the meeting. Petitioners’ presentations shall be limited to ten minutes.
No person, other than a Commission member, shall address an issue for public hearing following the closing of that public hearing by the Chairperson (except during Audience Participation).
The above participation policy is outlined in Sections 3.4 and 3.8 of the Planning Commission By-Laws and Rules of Procedure.

Consideration at the request of Aramco Americas, for Preliminary Site Plan approval. The subject property is located in Section 4, east of Hudson Drive and north of West Road, and is zoned I-1, Light Industrial. The applicant is proposing to install outdoor storage tanks with liquid hydrogen and natural gas in the existing parking area on the south side of the building.

The subject property is approximately 9.84 acres and is located west of Cabaret Drive and south of Twelve Mile Road in the OST, Office Service Technology, Zoning District. The applicant is proposing landscape changes to the site as part of minor site improvements that require Planning Commission consideration.
