Rezoning request from RA (Residential Acreage) to R-4 (One-Family Residential) Review and provide comments on the rezoning request for a 12 acre property located on south side of Eleven Mile Road, west of Beck Road in section 20. The applicant is proposing a 23-unit multi-family for-sale residential development with frontage and access to Eleven Mile Road.
