APPROVAL OF AGENDA

AUDIENCE COMMENT– In order to hear all citizen comments at a reasonable hour, the Election Commission requests that speakers respect the three-minute time limit.

  1. Approval of minutes from July 15, 2024 meeting.

  2. Review Sample ballots for November 5, 2024 Election.

  3. Approval of the establishment of Absent Voter Counting Board for the purpose of early tabulating absent voter ballots on November 1, 2024 and November 2, 2024, as permitted by law.

  4. Approval of the establishment of Absent Voter Counting Board for the purpose of processing and tabulating absent voter ballots on November 5, 2024.

  5. Approval of Precinct and Absent Voter Counting Board election inspectors and receiving teams for Election to be held on November 5, 2024.

  6. Approval for the City Clerk or designee to appoint on-call and emergency election inspectors for Election to be held November 5, 2024.

  7. Approval for the City Clerk or designee to perform the Preliminary and Public Accuracy Tests.

  8. Perform Public Accuracy Test beginning at 4:00 p.m.
