APPROVAL OF AGENDA
AUDIENCE COMMENT– In order to hear all citizen comments at a reasonable hour, the Election Commission requests that speakers respect the three-minute time limit.
- Approval of minutes from July 15, 2024 meeting.
- Review Sample ballots for November 5, 2024 Election.
- Approval of the establishment of Absent Voter Counting Board for the purpose of early tabulating absent voter ballots on November 1, 2024 and November 2, 2024, as permitted by law.
- Approval of the establishment of Absent Voter Counting Board for the purpose of processing and tabulating absent voter ballots on November 5, 2024.
- Approval of Precinct and Absent Voter Counting Board election inspectors and receiving teams for Election to be held on November 5, 2024.
- Approval for the City Clerk or designee to appoint on-call and emergency election inspectors for Election to be held November 5, 2024.
- Approval for the City Clerk or designee to perform the Preliminary and Public Accuracy Tests.
- Perform Public Accuracy Test beginning at 4:00 p.m.
