APPROVAL OF AGENDA

AUDIENCE COMMENT– In order to hear all citizen comments at a reasonable hour, the Election Commission requests that speakers respect the three-minute time limit.

  1. Approval of minutes from January 31, 2024 meeting.

  2. Review Sample ballots for May 7, 2024 Election.

  3. Approval of the establishment of Absent Voter Counting Board for the purpose of processing and tabulating absent voter ballots on May 7, 2024.

  4. Approval of Precinct and Absent Voter Counting Board election inspectors and receiving teams for Election to be held May 7, 2024.

  5. Approval for the City Clerk or designee to appoint on-call and emergency election inspectors for Election to be held May 7, 2024.

  6. Approval for the City Clerk or designee to perform the Preliminary and Public Accuracy Tests.

  7. Approval of a resolution to temporarily relocate Precinct 23 for the August 6, 2024 Primary Election and the November 5, 2024 Presidential Elections.

  8. Perform Public Accuracy Test beginning at 4:00 p.m.
