APPROVAL OF AGENDA
 
AUDIENCE COMMENT– In order to hear all citizen comments at a reasonable hour, the Election Commission requests that speakers respect the three-minute time limit.

  1. Approval of minutes from August 23, 2023 meeting.

  2. Authorization of Agreement for Election Services between Oakland County, Township of Novi, City of Northville, and City of Novi for the purpose of operating an early voting site.

  3. Review Sample ballots for November 7, 2023 Election.

  4. Approve the establishment of Absent Voter Counting Board for the November 7, 2023 Election.

  5. Approval of election inspectors and receiving teams for Election to be held November 7, 2023.

  6. Approval for the City Clerk or designee to appoint on-call and emergency election inspectors for Election to be held November 7, 2023.

  7. Approval for the City Clerk or designee to perform the Preliminary and Public Accuracy Tests.

  8. Consideration of the adjustment of Election Inspector pay rates.

  9. Approval of a resolution to revise the voting precinct boundaries to align with Congressional Districts established by Statewide Redistricting.

  10. Perform Public Accuracy Test beginning at 4:00 p.m.
