- Paul Gabriel: Request to Rezone from I-1 to RA
Review and provide comments on a request to rezone from I-1 (Light Industrial) to RA (Residential Acreage) for the property located at 41700 Eleven Mile Road, on the north side of Eleven Mile Road, west of Meadowbrook Road (Parcel 22-14-451-007). The applicant and owner would like to rezone the entire 3.977-acre parcel to allow the owners of the existing home and outbuilding on the property to be able to submit building and/or renovation plans for the residential structures that remain on the property.
