CITY OF NOVI PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission for the City of Novi will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, September 24, 2025, at 7:00 P.M. in the Novi Civic Center, 45175 Ten Mile Road, Novi, MI to consider JSP25-14 RAISING CANE’S FOR PRELIMINARY SITE PLAN, SPECIAL LAND USE, AND STORM WATER MANAGEMENT PLAN APPROVAL. The subject property, 26245 Novi Road, totals approximately 1.28 acres and is located north of Grand River Avenue, west of Novi Road (Section 15). The subject property is zoned TC (Town Center District). The applicant is proposing to convert a former Wendy’s restaurant to a Raising Cane’s drive-through quick-serve restaurant. Minor building modifications and general site improvements are proposed to improve vehicle circulation and pedestrian safety.
Plans are available for review at the Community Development Department during regular business hours (8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.).

Verbal comments may be heard at the hearing and any written comments may be made to the Community Development Department, 45175 Ten Mile Road, Novi, MI 48375 during the City’s regular business hours, Monday thru Friday, from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M., and must be received by 4:00 P.M., Wednesday, September 24, 2025.
