Ten Mile Road, Novi, MI to consider THE DRAFT ACTIVE MOBILITY PLAN FOR A RECOMMENDATION TO CITY COUNCIL TO ADOPT THE ACTIVE MOBILITY PLAN AS A POLICY DOCUMENT THAT GUIDES THE CITY OF NOVI’S DECISION-MAKING IN PROVIDING AND MAINTAINING NON-MOTORIZED FACILITIES IN THE CITY.

Early Voting is open nine (9) consecutive days beginning on October 28th and ending on November 5th. Early voting hours are 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., except Thursday, November 2nd hours are noon to 8:00 p.m.
To comply with the Help America Vote Act (HAVA), voting instructions will be available in audio format and in Braille. Arrangements for obtaining the instructions in these alternative formats can be made by contacting the township clerk in advance of the election. All polling locations are accessible for voters with disabilities.

City of Novi - Notice of Official Public Accuracy Test for the Election to be held on Tuesday, November 7, 2023
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Clerk’s Office will conduct a Public Accuracy Test of the Optical Scan tabulating equipment to be used for the Election to be held on Tuesday, November 7, 2023. The test will be conducted at 4:00 PM on Wednesday, October 11, 2023 at the Novi Civic Center, 45175 Ten Mile Road, Novi, MI 48375.
The Public Accuracy Test is conducted to demonstrate that the program and computer that will be used to tabulate the results of the election, counts the votes in the manner prescribed by law. If you have not received your property tax bill by July 15th, please contact the Treasurer’s Department at 248-347-0440 and a copy will be mailed to you.
Payments must be received by the Treasurer’s office on or before August 31st to avoid an automatic penalty.
For your convenience, there is a drop box located behind the Civic Center for tax payments. Payments will be accepted in the drop box, without penalty, until midnight August 31st.
Property taxes payments can also be paid on-line at cityofnovi.org by credit card or electronic check (no fee charged for electronic check). Please be careful when entering your bank account/routing numbers; payments returned after the due date will be assessed a penalty.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission for the City of Novi will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, February 8, 2023, at 7:00 P.M. in the Novi Civic Center, 45175 W. Ten Mile Road, Novi, MI to RECEIVE COMMENTS AND CONSIDER APPROVAL OF PROPOSED MAP AND TEXT AMENDMENTS TO THE CITY OF NOVI MASTER PLAN FOR LAND USE. The proposed map and text amendment involves reclassifying land from Public Park to Educational Facility and vice versa in connection with a proposed land exchange between the City and Novi Community Schools. There are three locations where the land exchange is contemplated: Ella Mae Power Park, Wildlife Woods Park, and Bosco Fields. This notice includes information and a map of the properties known as Bosco Fields. The properties are located south of Eleven Mile Road and west of Taft Road (Section 20). Here 73.87 acres would be conveyed to the City for public park purposes.
