The Novi City Council adopts a Parks, Recreation and Cultural Services Strategic Community Recreation and Master Park Plan every five years.
The five-year Plan was developed in accordance with the Michigan Department of Natural Resources guidelines. This plan assists the department in planning and providing exceptional park, recreational and cultural opportunities that are diverse and enhance lives. It also provides direction in the acquisition and development and enhancements of facilities, services and operations.
