CITY OF NOVI PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission for the City of Novi will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, June 10, 2026, at 7:00 P.M. in the Novi Civic Center, 45175 Ten Mile Road, Novi, MI to consider 41619 STEINBECK GLEN, PBR25-0069 FOR A WOODLAND PERMIT. The subject property totals approximately 0.23 acres and is located west of Meadowbrook Road, south of Thirteen Mile Road (Section 11). The subject property is zoned R-A (Residential Acreage). The applicant is requesting approval to encroach on the critical root zone of 4 regulated woodland trees located in a conservation easement in order to construct a pool.

Plans are available for review at the Community Development Department during regular business hours (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM).
