CITY OF NOVI PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission for the City of Novi will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, January 14, 2026, at 7:00 P.M. in the Novi Civic Center, 45175 Ten Mile Road, Novi, MI to consider JZ25-24 PROVIDENCE MEADOWS FOR INITIAL CONSIDERATION OF ELIGIBILITY FOR A PLANNED REZONING OVERLAY (PRO) CONCEPT PLAN ASSOCIATED WITH ZONING MAP AMENDMENT 18.752, TO REZONE FROM I-1 LIGHT INDUSTRIAL TO RM-2 HIGH DENSITY MULTIPLE-FAMILY. The subject property totals approximately 31.32 acres and is located west of Providence Parkway, south of Grand River Avenue (Section 17). The applicant proposes to develop 161 residential units in 31 townhome buildings.
Plans are available for review at the Community Development Department in the Novi Civic Center during regular business hours (Monday – Friday 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.).

All interested persons are invited to attend this in-person meeting. Verbal comments may be heard at the hearing and any written comments must be received by the Community Development Department, 45175 Ten Mile Road, Novi, MI 48375 by 4:00 P.M., Wednesday, January 14, 2026.
