CITY OF NOVI PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission for the City of Novi will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, January 14, 2026, at 7:00 P.M. in the Novi Civic Center, 45175 Ten Mile Road, Novi, MI to consider 41870 Chattman Drive, PBR25-0394 FOR A WOODLAND PERMIT. The subject property totals approximately 0.38 acres and is located west of Meadowbrook Road, north of Nine Mile Road (Section 26). The subject property is zoned R-3 (One-Family Residential). The applicant is requesting approval to remove 6 regulated woodland trees in order to build an addition to a single-family home.
Plans are available for review at the Community Development Department during regular business hours (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM).

All interested persons are invited to attend this in-person meeting. Verbal comments may be heard at the hearing and any written comments may be made to the Community Development Department, 45175 Ten Mile Road, Novi, MI 48375 during the City’s regular business hours, Monday thru Friday, from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M., and must be received by 4:00 P.M., Wednesday, January 14, 2026.
