Lane Closures

North Side of 13 Mile Road
The first stage of work will be on the north half of the road, the south half will remain open to eastbound traffic.

The work on the north half of the road will remove the full depth of existing asphalt and place a new asphalt roadway.

South Side of 13 Mile Road (Starting the week of July 22, 2024)
The second stage of the work will flip traffic to the north side of the road while work is performed on the south half, but traffic will remain eastbound only.

The work on the south half of the road will remove the existing temporary wedge of asphalt from the center of the road to the middle of the eastbound through lane followed by a new layer of asphalt across the entirety of the road. Along with the south half will be the reconstruction of the western driveway approach to Walled Lake Early Childhood Center, reconstruction of the driveway approaches to 41325 and 41295 13 Mile Rd, and some pathways work as well.
