AUDIENCE COMMENT – In order to hear all citizen comments at a reasonable hour, the City Council requests that speakers respect the three-minute time limit. This is not a question-answer session. However, it is an opportunity to voice your thoughts with City Council. Speakers wishing to display visual materials through the City’s audiovisual system must provide the materials to the City Clerk’s Office no later than 5 p.m. five days before the meeting and the materials cannot be changed before the meeting.
CONSENT AGENDA REMOVALS AND APPROVALS (See items A-J) All items listed under Consent Agenda are considered routine by the City Council and will be enacted by one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a Council Member so requests, in which event the item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and considered at the end of the normal Agenda.
MATTERS FOR COUNCIL ACTION
1. Approval to award a unit price pavement marking services contract to J.V. Contracting, Inc., the low bidder, in the estimated annual amount of $181,295. The contract term is one year with three one-year renewal options.

2. Approval of Zoning Ordinance Text Amendment 18-125.24 to amend the City of Novi Woodlands Protection Ordinance at Section 37-8, Relocation of replacement of trees, within Article 1, In General, to update the Woodland Tree Replacement Chart in order to align it more closely with the stated goals of the ordinance, and to update the Reforestation Credit Table to increase the effectiveness of on-site replacement plantings.
