Consideration of Ordinance 09-104.07 to amend Chapter 21, "Nuisances" of the City of Novi Code, to shorten the notice requirements for allowing the City to abate certain nuisances from fifteen to ten days, and to add a new Section 21-38 providing for a new voluntary graffiti abatement program.
