CONSENT AGENDA REMOVALS AND APPROVALS (See items A-D) All items listed under Consent Agenda are considered routine by the City Council and will be enacted by one motion.  There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a Council Member so requests, in which event the item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and considered at the end of the normal Agenda.

1. Approval of a City-initiated rezoning for rezoning of property in Section 20, located at the southwest corner of Eleven Mile Road and Beck Road, from the RA, Residential Acreage to the PSLR, Planned Suburban Low-Rise Overlay District.  The subject property is 7.4 acres.
