Approval of a Storm Drainage Facility Maintenance Easement Agreement and acceptance of a Warranty Deed for additional right-of-way along Beck Road from Oakland Baptist Church, a Michigan ecclesiastical corporation for the Oakland Baptist Church development located at 23893 Beck Road, just south of Ten Mile Road in Section 29 (parcel 22-29-226-019).
