    Kroger Co is requesting a variance to allow a reduced interior side yard parking setback in the western side yard parking setback in the I-1 District to 0 feet from the required 10 foot. The property is zoned I-1 and is located at 40393 Grand River Ave, between Meadowbrook Rd and Haggerty Rd.

  12. The petitioner is requesting a variance to install an oversize and over height real estate leasing of 32 SF and 8 feet in height for 27000 Napier Rd for Old Dutch Farms. The property is zoned MH and is located west of Wixom Rd and north of Ten Mile Rd.

    Section 28-6 (3) allows a sale, rental or lease sign which identifies the sale, rental or lease of residential property upon which the sign is located to be a maximum of 6 square feet and 5 feet in height.
