MATTERS FOR CONSIDERATION 1. NOVI PUBLIC LIBRARY, SITE PLAN NUMBER 08-17 Consideration of the request of BEI Associates Inc., for Preliminary Site Plan and Storm Water Management Plan approval. The subject property is located in Section 27, south of Ten Mile Road, east of Taft Road, in the R-4, One-Family Residential District. The subject property is approximately 7.0 acres and the applicant is proposing to demolish and reconstruct the Novi Public Library. 2. HAGGERTY ROAD DEVELOPMENT, SITE PLAN NUMBER 07-22A Consideration of the request of ACR Investments, LLC, for Preliminary Site Plan and Storm Water Management Plan approval. The subject property is located in Section 36, east of Haggerty Road, north of Eight Mile Road, in the B-3, General Business District. The subject property is approximately 0.48 acres and the applicant is proposing the construction of a 2,575 sq. ft. single story office building. 3. REVIEW OF FARMINGTON HILLS PROPOSED MASTER PLAN 4.
