PLANNING COMMISSION COMMISSION MEMBERS: Avdoulos, Kocan, Markham, Nagy, Papp, Paul, Ruyle, Shroyer, Sprague The Planning Commission wishes to advise the general public that all remarks shall be limited to three minutes per person during both the Public Hearing and Audience Participation portions of the meeting. Petitioner’s presentations shall be limited to ten minutes. No person, other than a Commission member, shall address an issue for public hearing following the closing of that public hearing by the Chairperson (except during Audience Participation). ZONING ORDINANCE TEXT AMENDMENT 99-18.174 Public Hearing to amend Ordinance No. 97-18, as Amended, The City Of Novi Zoning Ordinance, Appendix A of The City of Novi Code of Ordinances, to create Section 2514, "Additional road design, building setback, and parking setback requirements for One-Family Clustering Option, Two-Family uses, Multiple-Family uses, and certain non-residential uses and developments," and to amend Section 2403, "One-Family Clustering Option,’ for related purposes. 2. ZONING MAP AMENDMENT 18.621 Pubic Hearing on the request of Leonard G. ZONING ORDINANCE TEXT AMENDMENT 99-18.172 Public Hearing to amend Ordinance No. 97-18, as Amended, The City Of Novi Zoning Ordinance, Appendix A of The City of Novi Code of Ordinances, to revise Section 2509, "Landscape Standards: Obscuring Earth Berms And Walls, Rights-Of-Way Buffers, And Interior And Exterior Landscape Plantings", in order to update and revise the entire Section. MATTERS FOR CONSIDERATION 1. HICKORY CORPORATE PARK, SITE PLAN NUMBER 01-04 Consideration of the request of Bennett Donaldson of J. B. Donaldon Company for approval of a Preliminary Site Plan. The subject property is located in Section 26 on the west side of Venture Drive and north of Nine Mile Road in the I-1 (Light Industrial) District. The developer is proposing two speculative industrial buildings. The subject property is 1.99 acres. 2.
