ROLL CALL: Canup, Churella, Kocan, Koneda, Landry, Mutch, Nagy, Piccinini and Richards The Planning Commission wishes to advise the general public that all remarks shall be limited to three minutes per person during both the Public Hearing and Audience Participation portions of the meeting. Petitioner’s presentations shall be limited to ten minutes.
No person, other than a Commission member, shall address an issue for public hearing following the closing of that public hearing by the Chairperson (except during Audience Participation).
The above mentioned participation policy is outlined in Sections 3.4 and 3.8 of the Planning Commission by Laws and Rules of Procedure.

PUBLIC HEARINGS 1. PROPOSED GAS STATION SP00-52This proposed gas station is located in Section 22, on the south side of Grand River and west of Novi Road. The .69 acre site is zoned TC-1 (Town Center). The applicant is seeking Preliminary Site Plan, Woodland Permit, and a Section Nine Façade Waiver approvals.
2. TRILLIUM VILLAGE SP01-40This proposed condominium project is located in Section 25, at the northwest corner of Nine Mile and Haggerty Roads. The 3.627 acre site and is zoned RM-1 (Low-Density Multiple Family Residential) and the applicant is seeking Preliminary Site Plan approval.
CONSENT AGENDA 1. OUTBACK STEAK HOUSE SP01-41 This proposed project is located in Section 17. It is on the northwest corner of Grand River and Beck Roads. The site is zoned B-2 (Community Business District). The applicant is seeking Preliminary Site Plan Approval and a Section Nine Façade Waiver.
