City of Novi REGULAR MEETING OF THE NOVI PLANNING COMMISSION (248) 347-0475 ROLL CALL: Canup, Capello, Cassis, Churella, Koneda, Mutch, Nagy, Piccinini, and Richards The Planning Commission wishes to advise the general public that all remarks shall be limited to three minutes per person during both the Public Hearing and Audience Participation portions of the meeting. Petitioner ’s presentations shall be limited to ten minutes.No person, other than a Commission member, shall address an issue for public hearing following the closing of that public hearing by the Chairperson (except during Audience Participation). PUBLIC HEARINGS 1. MEADOWBROOK CONGREGATIONAL CHURCH SP 00-01A This project is located in Section 35, on the west side of Meadowbrook Road between Eight Mile and Nine Mile Roads. The 6.39 acre parcel is zoned Single – Family Residential District (R-1). The applicant is seeking Preliminary Site Plan, Special Land Use Permit, Wetland Permit, and Section Nine Façade Waiver approvals.
2. AUTOMETRICS COLLISION SP 00-61 This project is located in Section 24, on the north side of Grand River Avenue between Haggerty and Meadowbrook Roads. The 5 acre site is zoned Light Industrial District (I-1). The applicant is seeking Preliminary Site Plan and Special Land Use approvals. 3. CARPET WORK ROOM SP 00-70 This project is located in Section 26, at Nine Mile and Venture Drive. The 1.6 acre site is zoned Light Industrial District (I-1). The applicant is seeking Special Land Use Permit approval.
