ROLL CALL: Canup, Capello, Cassis, Churella, Koneda, Mutch, Piccinini, Richards, and Watza The Planning Commission wishes to advise the general public that all remarks shall be limited to three minutes per person during both the Public Hearing and Audience Participation portions of the meeting. Petitioner =s presentations shall be limited to ten minutes.
No person , other than a Commission member , shall address an issue for public hearing following the closing of that public hearing by the Chairperson (except during Audience Participation).
The above mentioned participation policy is outlined in Sections 3.4 and 3.8 of the Planning Commission by Laws and Rules of Procedure.

3. NOVI TOWN CENTER 8 THEATER This proposed addition to the Novi Town Center 8 Theater is located in Section 14, on Town Center Drive. The site is zoned Town Center District (TC). The applicant is seeking a Section Nine Façade Waiver.
MATTERS FOR CONSIDERATION CHURCHILL CROSSINGS SP 00-14 This subdivision project is located on 80 acres in Section 22, on Ten Mile Road and west of Novi Road. The proposed development is in a Single-Family Residential District (R-4). The applicant is seeking Tentative Preliminary Plat and Wetlands Permit Recommendations to the City Council and Woodlands Permit approval.
NOTE: The Planning Commission will have an additional audience participation period after their mid-point break.
