City of Novi REGULAR MEETING OF THE NOVI PLANNING COMMISSION A G E N D A ROLL CALL: Canup, Capello, Churella, Csordas, Koneda, Mutch, Piccinini, and Watza The Planning Commission wishes to advise the general public that all remarks shall be limited to three minutes per person during both the Public Hearing and Audience Participation portions of the meeting. Petitioner=s presentations shall be limited to ten minutes.
No person, other than a Commission member, shall address an issue for public hearing following the closing of that public hearing by the Chairperson (except during Audience Participation).
The above mentioned participation policy is outlined in Sections 3.4 and 3.8 of the Planning Commission By Laws and Rules of Procedure. FATA AUTOMATION SP 99-33 This project is located on 4.5 acres in Section 12, at the northwest corner of Haggerty Road and Twelve Mile Road. The 58,000 square foot high-tech building is zoned Office Service Technology (OST). Applicant is seeking Preliminary Site Plan, Woodlands, and Wetlands Permit approvals.

This 9 unit single family residential site condominium project is located in Section 31, on the west side of Garfield Road. The 9.78 acre project is zoned Residential Agricultural (R-A). Applicant is seeking Preliminary Site Plan approval.
