The Planning Commission wishes to advise the general public that all remarks shall be limited to three minutes per person during both the Public Hearing and Audience Participation portions of the meeting. Petitioner=s presentations shall be limited to ten minutes.

 

No person, other than a Commission member, shall address an issue for public hearing following the closing of that public hearing by the Chairperson (except during Audience Participation).

 

The above mentioned participation policy is outlined in Sections 3.4 and 3.8 of the Planning Commission By Laws and Rules of Procedure.

PUBLIC HEARINGS

1. MORGAN CREEK ESTATES SITE CONDOMINIUM SP 98-27A

This project is located in Section 02, north of 13 Mile Road and east of East Lake Drive. The 9.72 acre-site is zoned R-4. Applicant is seeking Preliminary Site Plan and Woodlands Permit approvals.

 

CONSENT AGENDA

  1. NOVI SPEC LOTS #11 – #14 SP 99-21, 99-22, 99-23, 99-24
  2. This project is located in Section 04, on the west side of Magellan Drive, south of West Road, between Beck Road and the Taft Road extension. The four-building "strip" industrial park (totaling 67,259 square feet, is zoned Light Industrial (I-1). Applicant is seeking Preliminary Site Plan approval.

  3. HENDERSON GLASS SP 99-25

This project is located in Section 23, on the east side of Novi Road between 10 Mile and Grand River Avenue. The 1,836 square foot proposed addition is zoned Light Industrial (I-1). Applicant is seeking Preliminary Site Plan approval.

3. MAGELLAN CENTER/BECK WEST LOTS # 3 & # 4 SP 99-26

This project is located in Section 04, on the east side of Magellan Drive in the Beck West Corporate Park. The 43,200 square foot technology building is zoned Light Industrial (I-1). Applicant is seeking Preliminary Site Plan approval.

NOTE: The Planning Commission will have an additional audience participation period after their mid-point break.
