ATTORNEY AUDIENCE PARTICIPATION In order to hear all citizen comments at a reasonable hour, the City Council requests that speakers respect the three-minute time limit for individual comments and the five-minute time limit for an individual speaking on behalf of a group. CONSENT AGENDA (Approval/Removals) MATTERS FOR COUNCIL ACTION 1. Consideration of Policy for Federal Forfeiture Funds and Recommendation of First Priorities for Use of Funds. 2. Approval to award a construction contract for the Nine Mile Road Reconstruction to the low bidder, Six-S, Inc. of Waterford, MI in the amount of $1,597,108.33. 3. Approval to award a construction contract for the Novi Road Pathway from Ten Mile Road to Arena Drive to the low bidder, Nance Construction, LLC of Westland, MI in the amount of $122,931.84. 4. Consideration of Zoning Ordinance Text Amendment 18.198 to amend Ordinance No. 97-18, as amended, the City of Novi Zoning Ordinance, Article 2400, Schedule of Regulations Section 2404, Residential Unit Development and Section 2406, Planned Development Options, to authorize City Council to approve modifications of the area, bulk and other dimensional standards contained in the Zoning Ordinance. 5. Consideration of Zoning Ordinance Text Amendment 18.194 to amend Ordinance No. 97-18, as amended, the City of Novi Zoning Ordinance, for the purpose of clarifying several sections throughout the Zoning Ordinance Section 25, including modifying the loading standards for banks, clarifying the definition of net site area and correcting several inconsistencies in the landscape section of the Zoning Ordinance.
