CONSENT AGENDA (Approval/Removals)

MATTERS FOR COUNCIL ACTION – Part I

1. Consideration of the request from Novi Family Fun Park for an Arcade License with 40 machines to be located at 45799 Grand River, subject to all final inspections.

2. Consideration of Zoning Map Amendment 18.637, the request of K4 Architecture to rezone the subject property located in Section 29 at the southwest corner of Ten Mile and Beck Roads, from R-1 (Single-Family Residential) to OS-1 (Office Service). The subject property is approximately 4.0 acres.

3. Approval of report by Fishbeck, Thompson, Carr and Huber for Lanny’s Road Sanitary Sewer District Study and proceeding with soliciting proposals from pre- qualified engineering consultants for design of the recommended alternative.

4. Consideration of Zoning Ordinance Text Amendment 18.193, to amend the City of Novi Zoning Ordinance, Ordinance 97-18 as amended, for the purpose of adding Section 2523, Unlisted Use Determination, to allow the Planning Commission to determine in which, if any, zoning district a unique or unlisted use belongs.
