Mayor Clark called the meeting to order at 7:15 PM.

ROLL CALL: Mayor Clark, Mayor Pro Tem Bononi, Council Members Capello, Csordas, DeRoche, Landry, Lorenzo

William Cory looked forward to the opportunity to meet and serve the community.

Member Capello had no questions.

Member Csordas asked him if he knew what Board of Review did? Mr. Cory explained that he only knew what Mr. Lemmon had told him. He thought it was a common sense position and he had read about it and felt that he could learn.

Mayor Pro Tem Bononi asked what personal or professional experience would help him serve on this committee? Mr. Cory responded that he had managed car dealerships for the last 30 years, which involved working a lot with the public and his own employees. He had learned how to become arrogant, civil and consoling. Mayor Pro Tem Bononi said it sounded like he had a good combination of good communication strengths and a lot of time.

Members Landry, Lorenzo and DeRoche thanked Mr. Cory for stepping forward to serve the community and said his questions had been answered.

Mayor Clark thought he would do a fine job with his 30 years plus experience in management and the application of common sense to a difficult situation that is important to every citizen who comes before the board.

There being no further business to come before Council, the meeting was adjourned at 7:32 PM.
