permits from Ramco/Gershenson for the Twelve Mile and other Roadway Improvements Project (SAD 155)

11. Acceptance of Option Agreement with Zimmersman Family Trust (22-10-300-008), authorization to exercise the Option Agreement ($78,775), close on the property in accordance with the terms of the Agreement for Option price, and pay usual closing costs. (SAD 155)
