local ordinances dealing with alcohol related driving offenses and driving
while license suspended offenses with State Law provisions – I Reading
- Request for approval of Ordinance Amendment No. 99-88.04, to clarify
the type of refuse receptacles that may be placed at the street for pickup

- Request for approval of Ordinance Amendment No.99-115.04, to amend the
Snow Ordinance to allow the D.P.S. Director and/or Weighmaster to remove
vehicles from streets during a snow emergency – I Reading
