Mayor McLallen called the meeting to order at 6:40 p.m.

ROLL CALL: Mayor McLallen, Mayor ProTem Crawford, Council Members DeRoche (absent/excused), Kramer, Lorenzo, Mutch, Schmid

PURPOSE OF SPECIAL MEETING
  1. To schedule an Executive Session to immediately follow the special meeting for the purpose of Property Acquisition.
