Mayor McLallen called the meeting to order at 7:05 p.m.

PURPOSE OF SPECIAL MEETING

 

  1. Request for Consideration of Appointment of Special Counsel for Pending Litigation

 

 

CM-99-02-043: Moved by Crawford, Seconded by Kramer, CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY: To appoint Plunkett & Cooney, P.C. as special co-counsel at this time and direct Administration to work out funding and present their findings to Council

 

Vote on CM-99-02-043: Yeas: McLallen, Crawford, Kramer, Lorenzo, Schmid

Nays: None
