Mayor McLallen called the meeting to order at 7:04 p.m.

PURPOSE OF SPECIAL MEETING: To call an Executive Session of City Council
1. Schedule an Executive Session of City Council to immediately follow Special Meeting for the purpose of discussing Property Acquisition and Pending Litigation
