SPECIAL MEETING OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NOVI

The meeting was called to order at 6:35 PM with Mayor McLallen presiding.

ROLL CALL: Council Members Crawford (present), Mason * (absent), Mitzel (present), Pope (present), Schmid (present), Toth (present) and Mayor McLallen (present)

*Councilwoman Mason absent-excused

PURPOSE OF SPECIAL MEETING

The following candidates were interviewed for appointment to the Library Board, Beautification Commission, HCD Committee, Computer Advisory Committee and Construction Board of Appeals.

John Chambers - Library Board

Stanley Zimmerman - Library Board

Frank Christopher - Computer Advisory Committee

Mike Cullity - Construction Board of Appeals

Andrew Mutch - HCD Committee and Library Board

Patricia Taub - Beautification Commission

William Briggs, candidate for the Construction Board of Appeals notified the clerk's office that he would be unable to attend as he would be on vacation.

Wayne Richards, candidate for Library Board could not attend due to emergency surgery.

Councilwoman Mason arrived at 7:50 PM

The meeting was adjourned at 7:55 PM
