Novi Parks has joined with Farmington Hills Special Services to offer Novi students the opportunity to join an archery team and represent your school! Everyone who registers will be accepted on the team and all skill levels are welcome from beginners to advanced. Spring NFL Youth Flag Football

Experience the Difference – Presented by: National Flag Football

This is a 5 vs. 5, non-contact, recreational, co-ed format. Teams are limited to 10 players to maximize playing time. This is an exceptional program for players who want to learn the fundamentals of football or for those who may want to continue to enhance their skills before tackle football.

Games are played at ITC Community Sports Park and Northville Community Park on Sunday afternoons. Practices take place onehour prior to game time each week. Participants will receive an NFL reversible jersey, flag belt, and individual participation award. Children are placed on teams according to their school and grade.

Novi Youth Hockey Association

Novi Ice Arena is home to the Novi Youth Hockey Association. The NYHA is a non-profit, volunteer-led organization committed to cultivating and developing youth in the sport of ice hockey. Both house and travel teams are offered to support players ranging from ages 4-18. There are more than 500 players and coaches registered with the NYHA, making it one of the largest in Michigan and the USA. Over the years, NYHA
teams have won state and district championships, along with numerous tournament wins. The hockey season runs from early August (travel)/late August (house) through March. The house teams (beginning with the
Squirt division) and the travel teams participate within the Little Caesars Amateur Hockey League (LCAHL), the nation’s largest amateur youth hockey league. Skating Club of Novi

Note

The Skating Club of Novi is a volunteer organization that has been a member of the United States Figure Skating Association since 1999. The club hosts the annual ice show in the early spring that showcases the talents of our fi gure skaters. Our coaching staff is for all levels of skaters, from beginner to competitive; individual, freestyle and dance. In December, the club hosts their annual Holiday Exhibition. Tickets are available in advance or at the door. Freestyle ice is available six days per week (Monday-Friday mornings and afternoons, and Saturday mornings). Transportation Services

Let Us Do the Driving!

The City of Novi’s Senior Transportation Program provides specialized transportation for residents of Novi ages 55 and older, or those younger than 55 with a limiting disability. The service cannot accommodate children. Vehicles are scheduled based on the needs of each passenger, location, time and the use of a lift-equipped bus, van or car. Trips are scheduled in the mostefficient, cost-effective way using specific parameters that schedules multiple riders in the same vehicle at the same time.

Be independent and continue a healthy, active lifestyle. Rides available for medical appointments, shopping, enrichment and fitness classes, afternoon of playing cards or special events, going to the Novi Public Library, Meadowbrook Activity Center or Novi Civic Center.

To schedule a ride:
All ride requests will be granted based on availability. Call 248.735.5617 between 7am-4pm Mon-Fri. Reservations required at least one (1) day in advance. Make appointments anytime day or night by email . State your name, address, phone number, destination address, date, times (pick-up & return) for your trip.

Fare Structure:
Free rides within the City of Novi  
$5 one-way outside the City of Novi within a 10-mile range (begins at the Novi Civic Center)

Punch Card Special – Your Best Bet! Purchase a card and receive a free ride. No need to carry cash!  What a great gift idea for a family member or friend. Punch cards are non-refundable, nontransferable and cannot be replaced if lost. Purchase card from drivers or Older Adult Services office. For further information call 248.735.5617.
